For the months of September and October 2019, we were contracted to conduct a research for Institute for Human Rights and Development in Africa (IHRDA), Gambia on issues of human rights in Nigeria. We can offer services which covers the coordination and management of research work/field/subject-matter. We are open to conducting and doing research work using documentation, mixed-method, qualitative and quantitative methodology to achieve the desired results.
WillFran Consulting in partnership with Women’s Technology Empowerment Centre (W.TEC) conducted a research survey study on why Nigerian women leave the STEM field within the first few years of working in the sector. One of the key findings show that, for women who left STEM many factors contributed to their decision: difficulty in moving up the career ladder, unfair treatment and discrimination within the STEM field.

Organized a workshop in partnership with World Institute on Disability (WID). A workshop focused on the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities CRPD). The topic title for the workshop is on ‘Making policy changes on the domestic level: a critical exposition into the Convention on the Rights of persons with Disabilities’. The workshop is one of our advocacy projects aimed at creating more awareness on inclusion of persons with disabilities within the Nigerian mainstream society.
